1. To order goods from the Store, the Customer must register by providing all the information specified in the registration form. All fields marked as required are necessary for the proper processing of the order. The Store confirms that registration does not mean that the Customer will receive informational messages, except for those necessary for ordering and delivering goods. Customers who wish to receive informational messages from the Store are given the option to choose to receive them.
2. When ordering goods, the Customer must provide the personal details necessary for delivery: first name, surname, delivery address, telephone number and any other details required for delivery. The Store confirms that these details will be used only for ordering and delivering goods. The Store undertakes not to disclose this information to third parties, except for the Store’s partners providing delivery services or other services related to placing or fulfilling the Customer’s order. Any other exceptions concerning the disclosure of the Customer’s personal information to third parties are agreed with the Customer in each case. In all other cases, the Customer’s personal data may be disclosed to third parties only in the circumstances provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania.
3. By registering with the Store and ordering goods, the Customer undertakes to keep their login details secure and not disclose them to anyone. The Customer also confirms that they are an adult and are entitled to order goods from the Store. If the Customer discloses their login details, the Store is released from any related liability.
4. By reading the Terms and Conditions, the Customer confirms that they have been informed that cookies (files sent from a web server) will be placed on their computer when browsing the Store.
5. The Store confirms that it aims to use the most advanced technologies to protect Customers’ personal data.
