The Rossi Rio Bravo is based on the popular R92 series and has been significantly improved. It combines the traditional feel of a lever-action rifle with modern features in the small-calibre category.

The Rio Bravo is suitable for small-game hunting, recreational target shooting and practice. It is also a good choice for teaching new shooters. Its 15-round magazine capacity and smooth, easy-to-operate lever action make it convenient to use. A push-button safety provides an additional safety feature.

The modern version with a synthetic stock features a green fibre-optic rear sight and a red fibre-optic front sight. The front sight also has a protective hood to help protect it during regular use.
