Sordin Supreme X2 Neckband electronic earmuffs feature a behind-the-neck suspension designed for use with compatible protective helmets. Unlike conventional headband earmuffs, the Neckband version leaves the top of the head unobstructed, making it more convenient to wear with helmets and other headgear.
The earmuffs are suitable for shooting practice, hunting and other noisy environments where hearing protection and awareness of surrounding sounds are both important. External microphones reproduce ambient sounds through speakers inside the ear cups, allowing conversations, instructions and quiet sounds to remain audible.
The SordinHEAR2 system offers four audio profiles: Hunter for balanced listening, Focus for enhanced awareness of faint sounds, Shooter for shooting environments and Ambient off to disable ambient sound reproduction. Soft gel cushions provide a comfortable seal, while compact ear cups help reduce interference when shouldering a firearm.
The earmuffs are powered by one AA battery, providing up to approximately 60 hours of operation. A 3.5 mm AUX input allows connection to a compatible external audio or communication device.
Important: before use with a helmet, check that its design does not interfere with the ear cups or the seal of the gel cushions. Compatibility depends on the helmet model.
